Can I consume sabudana during pregnancy ?

    It is my personal opinion that there should not be any such issue as to not eating sabudana during pregnancy. I guess sabudana being considered as a very healthy element it is absolutely okay to have sabudana in your meal and enjoy some delicious dishes such as sabudana kheer while waiting for your new guest to see the light of this world. Adequate nutrition is very much important to acquire during and before pregnancy and it is a very necessary thing for a long term good health. Sabudana is a grain full of starch as well as carbohydrates. And it is absolutely great for a quick boost to the energy of a pregnant woman.

    You can have Sabudana in pregnancy as Sabudana is full of starch or carbohydrates and is great for a quick boost of energy.
    Sabudana is extremely low in fat but also low in protein. As it's just starch, other than the carbohydrates, nutrition-wise, sabudana does not contain any minerals or vitamins and has very low amounts of calcium, iron, and fiber. However, you can make up for this by using other ingredients with it, such as milk for making sabudana kheer/payasam/gruel or vegetables and peanuts for making sabudana khichdi.
    A diet rich in vegetables coupled with physical exercise, whether yoga or workout is great for your health.
