You can eat whatever you want. There are no restrictions to food that you can consume during your pregnancy. In fact I think that if you eat normally then your baby will also acquire the same tastes. But remember that you are feeding two mouths and you have to eat healthy foods. But you can still enjoy your meat and chicken dishes without any issues. Try and avoid foods that are very spicy if you can. Also foods such as potato and carb rich foods can cause gas and you might find it very uncomfortable. It is better to avoid these.
