You should not reduce your weight upto 6-8 months of post pregnancy because you need to feed your baby. One thing if you started lactating your baby then automatically ,you will loss weight. After 6th months , start reducing calorie intake , include more of fruits , vegetables, high fibers foods like whole grains, legumes, green leafy, etc. Drink plenty of water. Drink green tea twice a day. Drink warm water with lemon after every meals. Do brisk walk for 3 months & after that do some cardio exercise or yoga for 45- 60 mins in a day . You can split into 3 times in a day as morning 30 mins, evening 15 mins & after dinner 15 mins. Eat 5 -6 small meals to maintain good metabolism levels.
