Back pain is a part of pregnancy, but it is possible to get some relief. Sleep on a good, firm mattress and get yourself a pregnancy pillow. It gives support to your back and will be useful later while nursing the baby. If your doctor has no problem, continue with your exercise routine. Improve your posture. Do not bend your back when picking things up and always sit with your back straight and well-supported. Hey, also pack up your high heels and put them away. You can use them after the baby arrives. Pamper yourself and get a back massage once in a while. And most importantly, keep your weight gain under control.

To help or prevent back pain during pregnancy you can do is .Try to use your body more efficiently. Stand up straight and tall, ensuring your chin isn't tilting upwards. Avoid standing for too long in one position. If your job involves standing for long periods, keep changing from one foot to the other, sit down when you can and take a walk at lunchtime. In bed, use plenty of pillows for support; keep your thighs parallel to prevent your top leg twisting across your body. When getting out of bed, roll onto one side, push yourself up to a sitting position, then slowly stand up. will help you in getting some relief during pregnancy.
