Post pregnancy stomach is the result of loose skin and fat deposited at tummy level. Reducing tummy takes time to reduce but yet we can help toning up the abbs muscles. Start your exercises with more of cardio activities then later after two weeks, try including resistance exercises like ab crunches, Ab cycling, Leg pushs, Reverse crunches, etc. Do cardio activites for 40 min and resistance exercises for 20 min. So including both types of exercises will help you to cut down your tummy fat.
