There a variety of Dry Fruits, some of them are useful while others do not provide any benefit.
The Pecan contains protein, amino acid,Vitamins and helps make up the brain. It also helps build up strength and reduces effect of the fats. The abalone fruit has the capacity to strengthen the cerebrum and helps strengthen memory, and does good for your baby's intelligence. The walnut, strengthens the cerebrum. That helps in memory retention as well . It also includes the phosphatide that enhances the growth cell vigor function.
Other than these, there are some other dry Fruits beneficial during pregnancy, such as the peanut, the melon seeds and the almond,.

Dry fruits are healthy & only a handful everyday can take care of a would-be-mother's nutritional requirements. Although the specific nutrients vary depending upon the type of dried fruit you eat, many dried fruits contain the vitamins and minerals needed for your baby's growth and development. Examples of nutrients that may be found in dried fruit include vitamin C, which helps to develop your baby's bones, teeth and the collagen in the connective tissue; folate, which helps to protect against certain birth defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly; and beta carotene, which is necessary for the vision, immune system and cell development.

No,There is nothing wrong with eating dry fruits during pregnancy. The thing with dry fruit is that you do not give it to a baby under 12 months old. there is a bacteria that people older than that can handle that a baby cannot digest, it can cause a serious disease. But for pregnancy you are fine. Enjoy!
