    Pregnancy after a tummy tuck is possible. Women, who think they will want children in the future should wait for tummy tuck and have it after all pregnancies. Abdominoplasty is not a risk for an unborn fetus, but it can change a women’s appearance. If the skin becomes loose again and muscles stretch out during pregnancy after tummy tuck, additional abdominoplasty procedure can be performed in order to improve the appearance of the abdomen.
