    If surbhi if you are observing cramps in short duration with pain they you should immediately visit to your gynaecologist, as there may be a chance of miscarriage.

    Hi Surabhi,
    Cramping during pregnancy is really normal. You need to drink lots of water and do stretching holding for 20 counts for each stretch to reduce cramping.
