As per my personal experience, Morning sickness has been largely attributed to the hormonal changes occurring in your body. Although medication helps, it may not always be advisable. Here are other options that will help relieve this sickness:
1. Frequent small meals
2. Drink lot of water
3. Take a good rest. A nap in the afternoon is quite relaxing.
4. Eating a multivitamin or a Vitamin B6 supplement helps ease morning sickness
5. Go for a medication if it is becoming unbearable. You dont want to get admitted in a hospital right?
