Morning Sickness during pregnancy?

For the benefit of all pregnant women, can anybody tell any remedies for morning sickness during pregnancy?

    As per my personal experience, Morning sickness has been largely attributed to the hormonal changes occurring in your body. Although medication helps, it may not always be advisable. Here are other options that will help relieve this sickness:

    1. Frequent small meals
    2. Drink lot of water
    3. Take a good rest. A nap in the afternoon is quite relaxing.
    4. Eating a multivitamin or a Vitamin B6 supplement helps ease morning sickness
    5. Go for a medication if it is becoming unbearable. You dont want to get admitted in a hospital right?

    Well this is quite common in pregnancy..Try eating some crackers in the morning..before even getting up from bed...I too faced a lot of this problem..here are my questions and remedies..http://parentingfundas.wordpress.com/ca...o-answers/

    - Make sure you are eating at frequent intervals and not keeping you stomach empty. - Chew your food properly and take plenty of rest.
    - Smell a fresh lemon.
    - Avoid strong odors and stuffy or smoky rooms.
    - Put three drops of lavender essential oil and one of peppermint in a diffuser or humidifier to scent the air.
    - Try tart flavors; lemonade, sour pickles, etc.
    - Avoid greasy foods.
