    controlling a child's weight is a big challenge, as you cant cut down on his calorie intake during the growth phase . all we can do is mind the source of calories, its important to mentor the fast food calories , and avoid them as much as possible, but exercise is a good way of burning the calories away. hence get the child's ionterest in any activy that he may like, which will burn good amount of calorie. like swimming, skatting, running, dancing, martial arts .

    Stoping child obesity is really difficult as we cant reduce much of their food intake during the growing period.The best thing that can be done is to check on the extra calorie that they consume in form of saturated fats,simple sugars and junk foods and at the same encourage them for more physical activities.Foods especially the junk foods like pizza,burger,chinese,etc only provides empty calories.They are mostly devoid of essential nutrients.These foods should be curtailed in the diet of children.More healthier options should be introduced in the child's diet.Besides children should be encouraged to take part in activities like dancing,sports,cycling,swimming etc.that will help them in reducing calories.

    By controlling junk, bakery foods, sweets, chocolate, pastries, pizza, etc. Try them to play any kind of sports, maintain the active physical activity. Try to make their foods as healthy, variety, colorful to avoid overweight.
