Helping the kids to loose belly fat is not that difficult.As fat formed is just temporary and the child tends to loose it fast.A child's diet can not be restricted in terms of many nutrients as he is in growing age.So the best that can be done is to encourage your child to do more and more of outdoor physical activities.The child should be encouraged to do cycling,running,playing out with friends,swimming,skipping rope etc.Indoor activities like playing video games,watching television,playing cards or board games,reading comics should be discouraged.Diet should be checked in terms of junk foods and fast foods.
