    Helping the kids to loose belly fat is not that difficult.As fat formed is just temporary and the child tends to loose it fast.A child's diet can not be restricted in terms of many nutrients as he is in growing age.So the best that can be done is to encourage your child to do more and more of outdoor physical activities.The child should be encouraged to do cycling,running,playing out with friends,swimming,skipping rope etc.Indoor activities like playing video games,watching television,playing cards or board games,reading comics should be discouraged.Diet should be checked in terms of junk foods and fast foods.

    I agree with Chinmay,It's not too late for children with belly fat. The resiliency of youth can combine with the implementation of healthy diets and exercise routines which can counter act the effects of belly fat. Parents play a key role in getting their children to a healthier life position.
    By setting up more nutritious diets and promoting exercise rich life styles, parents can help their belly fat children shed weight and learn to live healthier lives.Its better to control belly fat at an early stage,unless it becomes stagnant and more difficult to loose.

    Hi

    Try them to avoid out side foods, oily foods, chats items, chocolate, etc. Allow them to do play any kind of sports & Explain about high calories & teach how to choose healthy snack because childhood is stage to learn everything in neat manner.
