How to improve kids digestive system?

My daughter aged 8 gets stomach pain when she have foods like pizza, pastries etc

    Fat from fatty foods may stay in the stomach for four hours or longer, producing at the time a sensation of satiety (filled up) but rendering fermentation more likely. Since fermentation products irritate the stomach, and an irritated stomach, Fats clog the digestion. Much pain and indigestion problem will occur, Especially for kids. Try to reduce the fatty & oily foods. Children are ought to be proactive to maintain a healthy digestive system. Simple changes in diet can help to improve digestion disorders in children.
    Some points for improve digestive system are mentioned below :
    Drink lots of water. Digestion of food requires lots of water,Food should be chewed well. Food digestion begins in the mouth. Proper chewing of food breaks down the food into digestible and absorbable pieces.Kids should be encouraged to eat food that which are natural like home-made foods, fruits and vegetables. processed foods contain fat, sugar and salts. Heavy intake of processed foods slows down the digestion process. Try to avoid those foods as much as possible.Small meals increase the digestion in kids. Large meals increase the stress on the digestive system.

    Encourage your daughter to eat more of natural foods. Processed foods are nutrient deficient. They have loads salts, fats and sugar. Too much of processed foods leads to slow digestion in children. Reduce the size of meals, but you can increase the frequency of meals. This regulates a continuous basis. Also smaller meals put less strain on the digestive system than larger meals. You can ask your daughter to chew properly because digestion starts in the mouth. The slower the food enters the system, the easier it is for a kids’ body to digest it. Keep drinking loads of water meanwhile because water is certainly going to be of big help in digestion process.
