Vegetables and fruits as prepared normally do not attract kids.They should be prepared in some different forms so as to attract the kids and ensure a proper consumption.Some forms are as follows-
fruits in form of fruit juice,fruit cream,fruit shrikhand,fruit smoothies are good options to get kids attracted towards fruits.
vegetable in form of vegetable sandwiches,veg stuffed parathas,fruit n veg salad are better accepted and nutritious too.
