    There are some foods which have capacity to increase milk production and it is healthy. These are:
    Onion, spring onion, Garlic, Flax seeds, Garden cress seed, Fenugreek seeds, Egg, Milk and milk products, Dry fruits and nuts,Dark green leafy vegetables,Carrot , beetroot,barley,Turmeric,Green papaya,sesame seeds. There is no foods which to reduce the milk production.

    the best stimulus for ur milk secretion is ur baby sucking,nothing is as must and strong.keep nursing frequently eventually ur milk production will improve.

    Shatavari is a herb which increases milk production.It is required in very small quantity so it should be taken under proper guidance.

    Garlic is well known for its medical benefits and has history of galactagogue. The same is with carrots.
    Spice also can be used to support milk production like marjoram, anise and black pepper. Oats is used a milk supplement in the U.S.
