    Meditation means awareness. Awareness can be about anything, watching your breadth is meditation, listening to birds chirping, wave sound is meditation. It brings in focus in whatever we do. It is not just a technique but a way of life. The mind is free of scattered thoughts, no worries, no stress, no tension. It helps you get close to nature and spirituality. It helps in finding one's inner peace to teh body, mind and soul.

    Meditation is a healing process. The practice of meditation frees our mind from all the worries, tensions, stress and disturbances. It helps us stay focused on our goals and stay calm and relaxed. It helps bring inner peace and builds strength to carry on. Research has shown that Meditation can contribute to an individual's psychological and physiological well-being
