I go to the gym but its hard for me to go consistently. Some weeks I go 3-4 times a week and other times only once. It's also hard for me to stay on track with planning my meals and sticking with them. I am in office working from 9 am to 7-8 pm. What do you suggest for me to stay consistent with going to the gym and eating right?
Hey Chetna, You need to make exercise a habit. Going to gym is not so important, what matters is your workout which can also be done at home. Since you have a busy schedule it would be hard to hit gym daily, so instead of that ask you fitness trainer to guide you with some easy home workout which you can do at home.
