-Try to find out reasons for your depression phase. This will at least help you know what exactly is causing depression and this will be your first step to resolve it.
- To uplift your mood, try distract yourself by listening to some upbeat music, watch some comedy shows or funny movies.
- Surround yourself with positive people who will spread happy positive vibes around you.
Try yoga and motivation to get rid of the stress and and feel fresh and energetic.
- Engage yourself and keep busy with things that interest you like painting, art activity, sports etc.
- If at all you feel that these things are also not helping, then I think its time for you to visit a Counselor or a Psychiatrist, probably you need to get counseled by an expert along with some medications too, it all depends upon the extent to which to you are depressed and intense is this problem.. if at all it is a problem.
