Different coloured fruits and vegetables contain different minerals, nutrients and antioxidants and therefore it is recommended that we consume a wide variety of fruit and vegetables in order to receive the benefits from the various types.

    Fruits and vegetables help you prevent the risk of various heart diseases, diabetes-2 , high blood pressure and also certain cancers. Because they are low in calories and high in fibers they help you manage your weight too. They are the most natural source of energy.
