Start your day fresh by waking up early followed by exercising/walking for 15-20 minutes. Do the work you love the most like listen to music, dance for a while, do gardening, take your pet for a walk. Get to know your personality style. If you are introvert by nature, you might recharge yourself by being quiet. If you're naturally an extrovert, you typically gain energy by social time with others. Keep the big picture in mind: It's easy to get caught up in the moment of stressful situations and feel exhausted. If, however, you remember the big picture including why you're motivated to achieve your goal or why the small stuff isn't that important, you'll feel energized.Eat right and healthy and drink lots of water and fruit juices from time to time to save energy.

Avoid being with those who de-motivate you and do not show any support towards you. You need to start socializing more and especially with those who give you a positive vibe and energy. Read books and quotes of motivating people. Sometimes temples/churches/gurudwaras/mosques are also peaceful places where you can get those positive energies. Light an agarbatti in your house, its smell and the whole environment that will be created will be positive for sure. Put scented candles in the house to give you that aura you are looking for. Attend yoga and meditation classes too for positivity and peace of mind.
