    # Take a deep breath as a first step to calm yourself down in case of furious or tensed situations.
    # Try to speak in gentle tone to reduce the tension of the situation.
    # Ignore the negative messages by others to you and take positive out of it.
    # If you make mistakes, be open to admit it.
    # Talk to positive friends and people who inspire you.
    # Read newspapers which have a daily column of positive quotes written by some famous people/writers. Make it a habit.
    # Realize that you can’t please everyone. In fact, nobody can. Sometimes you need to just let some people go. Realizing this will relieve you from a lot of unnecessary burden so that you can focus on the people that you can positively interact with.
    # Do not forget the chapter of Gratitude in life ever. This will take you towards positivity. It includes things like self-content, selflessness, how not to be greedy and wanting for more and more in life which ultimately leads you to restlessness and hence no happiness.
    # Appreciate what you see and what you have.
    # Look in the mirror. Find some beautiful things about yourself. When you can't change something, change your attitude towards it!

    Have you ever helped the person in need, given food to the hungry, instead of throwing your old clothes, try giving them to those who do not have anything to wear accept for their poverty. They might motivate you to think positive and see how lucky you are as compared to them.
