Keep in mind, physical activity doesn't necessarily has to be in the form of proper workout all the time. Especially in winters its completely understandable that you want to feel warm and cozy and don't feel like waking up from the bed in the morning, so listen to music while walking on the treadmill or listen to the news, dance when you clean your room, play with your children or spend some time volunteering with some kids in the society or help out children from NGO's. Talk to a friend or workout buddy even if you can’t get to the gym with them each day. Use the telephone to keep each other motivated. When the weather leads you to laziness on the couch, phone a friend and get a pep talk until you jump up on your feet and get going. If you have worked so hard throughout the year, why do you want to lose your temp at the end.
