1. Make exercise fun. One always looks forward for entertainment and excitement in life. So why not attach it to fitness.
2. Imagine yourself to the size you want to reduce down to. Paste your old pictures when you were thin and look at it everyday for motivation.
3. Read books and magazines written by experts to follow exercises to be on the right track.
4. Fix timings for your exercise so that it becomes a habit in your routine.
5. Paste motivational quotes in your room to feel the positivity around you.
6. Talk to friends or others who are already following the fitness program and find out from they how they feel or what is their experience.
7. Sit and think who is that most important person in your life and what all you want to do for him/her. This will motivate you to keep your health on track. Afterall health is wealth.
8. Put on music, preferably loud or peppy one so that while you exercise. This will give boost and energy.
9. Find a partner or a buddy who also wants to follow this regime. Go for a walk with him/her so that you don't feel bored or alone.
10. Think of the dress or jeans you are not fitting into since long and keep it in front of you all the time. This will surely act as a motivation.
