    Talk about what has put you in a bad mood: If you are in a bad mood, then there’s obviously a reason for it. Pinpoint why you’re in a bad mood and, if you can, talk to a friend about it. Simply talking about your problem with someone will make you feel many times better. Beat a bad mood with exercise: Exercise is a great way to get you out of a bad mood. If you can make yourself do some exercise, you will reap the benefits. Eat chocolate to help you out of a bad mood: It’s amazing how many people instantly reach for their favourite chocolate for comfort if they are feeling low. It’s probably not a bad thing to do, though, as chocolate is known to be responsible for positive mood-lifting effects due to the release of serotonin, the brain’s natural pick-me-up. Think about less fortunate people to help you out of a mood. If you’re in a really bad mood, it may be because you think everything is going wrong for you. Have a look at those who suffer more than us, It might make you feel better. Listen to loud music. Music therapy works in lifting your mood to high spirits.

    1. Recall something that makes you happy, it can be anything from good old memories from the past to thinking about your pet.
    2. Talk to a friend or any family member you trust on.
    3. If it is fight that made you hit this mood, resolve the issue then and there. Do not sleep with that guilt.
    4. Play your favorite music.
    5. Dance on some loud music song.
    6. Distract yourself by watching television, especially any comedy shows.
    7. Exercise and remove your anger in that form.
    8. Eat small piece of chocolate. A sweet in the mouth will change your mood from bad to better.
