1. Follow a routine, i.e. if you go to sleep one day at 10 o clock and the other day at 12.30, that is not going to help you. Make a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday.
2. Drink warm milk every night some time before you go to sleep.
3. Avoid confrontations and fights or quarrels with anyone, so that you don't sit thinking about what happened and what went wrong or whose mistake was it, etc while you sleep.
4. Maintain silence and see to it that there is darkness in the room because may be due to light you are not able to fall asleep easily.
