    - The place where you sleep should be first of all very comfortable.
    - Keep your posture straight, yet relaxed. lose your hands and legs and each and every muscles of your body and do pranayam before you sleep.
    - Practice deep breathing for 10-15 minutes which will help you relax.
    - Visualize while you breath about the most cozy and comfortable place you want to rest and sleep. The idea here is to break your thoughts from the current environment and feel safe, happy and relaxed which will help you sleep better.

    1. Follow a routine, i.e. if you go to sleep one day at 10 o clock and the other day at 12.30, that is not going to help you. Make a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday.
    2. Drink warm milk every night some time before you go to sleep.
    3. Avoid confrontations and fights or quarrels with anyone, so that you don't sit thinking about what happened and what went wrong or whose mistake was it, etc while you sleep.
    4. Maintain silence and see to it that there is darkness in the room because may be due to light you are not able to fall asleep easily.

    Eat healthy & low fat to get good sleep. Avoid to spicy foods in the dinner. Walk before bed(10mins). Relax ur mind before bed. Drink warm water or water milk in the nite before bed. Hope this will help you to get good sleep & fast sleep.

    Hi everyone,
    I would like to share one tip : Try to start with regular exercise in the morning and feel the difference. You will whole day energetic and at night you will get sound sleep. Exercise does not mean you need to go to fitness studio or sweat out. Exercises can be in any form like walking, jogging, stair climbing or some free exercises at home. If you don't like exercising go for some out door sports or recreational activity like gardening, dancing etc.
