Sleep is essential not only for the body but also for mind. Its also important to feel fresh when you wake up, so that you are ready to start the day fresh.Good sleep is restorative. The hours you spend in restful sleep gives your body the time it needs to regenerate. Specific hormones are released while sleeping that repair the body, ensure proper growth of children. Good and restful sleep is also a factor in staying healthy and helping the body fight infections and even get well quicker if you do fall ill. Block out noises and outside light with blackout curtains in your bedroom. Regulate the room temperature for a good nights sleep. Most people sleep best in a cool environment with good ventilation. Use an electric fan to cool off a stuffy room. Prepare your bedroom for sleeping. While this may seem like an obvious step, ask yourself if your bed is big enough to comfortably sleep. Develop a bedtime routine that encourages restfulness. Read an entertaining book, listen to quiet music, or write in a journal to wind down from the day's activities. Begin this step about 30 minutes before you intend to go to sleep.

    Hi

Before going to sleep, you should eat properly & healthy diet. I mean you should avoid too spicy, oily or which gives you irritable to your stomach. Drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric before(15-20mins) going to bed. Listen some good music, do some walk, do at-least 10mins meditation.
