    1. Put on some music, especially fast tracks that will boost your energy even more.
    2. Find a buddy who also wants to hit the Jym and shares the similar goal as you. It is always good to have a company in anything you do.
    3. Take the 'routine' out of your workout and try something different. If you use exercise equipment at the gym or at home find a new way to use it.
    4. Reverse your workout so it seems fresh.
    5. For more diversity in your exercise regime change the order of all your exercises every month.
    6. Visit your community or city park and see how others are creatively being physically active. Be creative.
    7. Doing yoga in the park or on the beach is relaxing way to exercise both your body and your mind.
    8. Stop trying so hard to exercise and visualize pleasure and fun in whatever your are doing to stay fit and healthy.

Make exercise fun and not boring by doing the same routine again and again. You can try making variations in the sets and sometimes increase or decrease the intensity of the exercises you do for a change. Watch television while you workout on the treadmill. Keep something going on on the background just to keep you active. Ask a friend to accompany you when you workout so hat you don't get bored. Play some motivating audio cassettes or CD's to keep you going steady with it.
