Stick a old picture of yours when you were thin or the weight you were comfortable in and take yourself as motivation for losing weight. Find a companion or a buddy who will be with you in the process and who shares the same kind of goal. You can take him/her as a competitive buddy too to check who does well each month. Keep a reward at the end of each month of the weight loss program and set achievable goals.

I have heard a lot about weight loss hypnosis sessions. There they:
    - teach you to instinctively use the knowledge you gain from it
    - charge up your resolve to keep to your slimming plan
    - equip you with powerful, effective ways to make new choices
    - help you avoid getting ambushed by yourself or others
    - help you reach and maintain your goals.
Probably you can try taking one of the sessions there and see if it helps and if the other things are not working out for you.
