A healthy lifestyle consists of healthy food, balanced diet, physical exercise and along with this it also has to be a balance of mental well being. Increase your water consumption, have more of proteins in your meals, less of oil, keeping the diet as natural as you can, making sure you get enough of rest required for your body, exposing your skin to natural sunlight for Vitamin D, avoiding junk food, tracking your weight and keeping a frequent medical check is very important. In terms of the mental wellness, try and deal with the daily life stress, anxiety, stability of mind, scattered thoughts, enhancing your self esteem, etc. For living a healthy lifestyle, one should always aim for physical and mental happiness.

    - Avoid and get rid off all the addictions such as cigarette smoking, tobacco consumption, alcohol drinking, drugs, gambling, etc.
    - Socialize more: Increase and or expand your social network and stay in touch with all the current affairs and updates in the world. This will boost your confidence levels and help you participate in any kind of conversation in groups.
    - Get close to nature and bring in some spirituality in life to have a good balance i thoughts and awareness too.
