Yes, getting out of bed is the most difficult part of exercising in the morning. But do try to do it, because morning exercises give you the right start to the day. Before going to bed, lay out your exercise gear. When you open your eyes in the morning, the fitness gear will energize you to get out of bed. Go to bed at regular times and train yourself to wake up at a specific time. Get an alarm with a sound guaranteed to wake you up. Do not wake up too early. Give yourself just enough time to roll out of bed and slip into your gear and out of the house. Having too much time will result in you wanting to spend a few more warm moments in your bed. Share your morning exercise session with a friend, so you have somebody to motivate you.

List down the reasons why you want to follow the exercise regime, first of all. If you give reasoning to your own agenda, it will be easier for you to follow them and not just follow but do it religiously and consistently. Consistency also comes from penning down your goals on a piece of paper and keeping those goals in front of you to act as a motivation. Ask your family members to cooperate with you and support you in this decision for fitness and health. Ask one of your family members to wake you up, may be your spouse or your mother, and in fact you can ask them also to join you so that you don't feel alone and not the only one who wakes up early whereas others are busy snoring.
