Many a times in life when you face constant failure, negativity is bound to occur and you may be surrounded by anger and frustration. Try to find out what pisses you off, is there anything wrong at your work place, your family or personal matters, society or what? Convert rage into wonder. Take your anger as positive and use it such a way that not only you but even others see good things in the same thing that you used to find anger in. Recycle negative energy, even if it comes from your own heart, and shape into something of unmistakable goodness. Make a list of things that you will regret upon, things that you wanted to do all your life and you haven't done it yet. Go through them everyday till you get that seriousness of committing yourself and reminding you of your goals. Whenever you find yourself unmotivated, run the list of feelings and questions of likely motivations and see which ones get your heart rate going.
