-Ensure to have sufficient hours of good sleep before exercising the next day. Lack of proper sleep will make you feel lazy to get up from the bed and do exercises.
-Post motivational quotes on the walls of bed room, so that when you get up in morning, you can prepare yourself for exercises
-Start you workout with energizing and enthusiastic music. Music plays an important role in keeping you motivated for your workout
-Add some activities which interests you like dancing, swimming etc. You can also start your work out with your favorite exercises.
