First clean the outer surface of your upper and lower teeth. Then clean the inner surface of your upper and lower teeth. Clean the chewing surfaces and for fresh breadth, do not forget to clean your tongue with the tongue cleaner. Tilt the brush by 45 degree angle against the gum line and roll the brush away from the gum line. Then gently brush the outside, inside and chewing surfaces using back and forth strokes. The strokes can be short. Ans then brush your tongue slowly to remove all teh bacteria from the mouth.

Start brushing your teeth with upper molar i.e back teeth and work in a clockwise direction. Point the bristles toward the gumline, in a 45-degree angle. Use a short circular motion. Try to roll the brush away from gum line, let the bristles touch the teeth so that they remove the plaque and food particles from there. Use floss also to clean your teeth and don't forget to smile!!
