Exercise is very helpful in re leaving stress.Exercise can help by providing an outlet for negative emotions such as worry, irritability, depression, hostility, anger, frustration, and anxiety. It is also helpful in relaxing the body and mind, burn fat, improve cardiovascular system, bring in more oxygen, reduce the chance of diseases, lower blood pressure.A number of hormones are secreted into the blood stream when stressed. These hormones if not used up these can lead to feelings of irritability, increased vigilance and can eventually lead to a number of stress related illnesses. Exercising can help you to use some of the stress hormones that can accumulate in the body in response to stress. So anyways out of you busy life you should take out some 20-30 minutes for healthy life.

Exercise need not necessarily be in the form of a workout program or something, It can be done in the form of dance, swimming or any sport you like. This way not only your body gets movements and some steps towards fitness but also since you are doing something that is of your interest, you will be more relaxed and hence stress free.
