Connect with those who motivate you and be with those friends who inspire you. Discuss what you learn. Find a friend or relative who has similar interests or who would enjoy hearing about your studies/work and let them know what’s going on in your classes/ life. Talk to them about your goals loudly to check your confidence and get appreciation from them which will give you a boost to move ahead with strong will. Chart your progress and note down your achievements so far. Review them and feel good about it. There’s a certain satisfaction that comes with watching your goals be accomplished. When times get hard, you can always turn to your chart and see how far you’ve come. Whether it be a night on the town, a new dress, or even a new car, setting up a reward system just may be the extra push you need to succeed. If you stick by your system, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised. All work and no play makes you a dull boy for sure. If you get time, try to create lively moments out of it which will help you not only take a break from routine but will also bring a smile later in life when you recall them and give you a positive feeling. Your smile can be big motivation to you and others as well.
Look out for ways to have fun in life while you target your goals one by one. For ex: if you get bored with the idea of exercise, put on loud and fast music which will create a vibe of enjoyment and you might automatically start moving. Take a different approach towards things by changing your perception and trust me you will rock your world !! Stay positive and always smile.
