    The first step to healthy lifestyle is maintaining hygiene. Habits such as washing your hands, brushing and flossing your teeth will help keep bacteria, viruses, and illnesses away. Self grooming is the simple practice to be accepted socially.Practice healthy habits to keep yourself look good and presentable at any situation. Personal hygiene includes taking care of all the parts of your body and mind from the hair, face, mouth, skin, feet, internal body hygiene and lifestyle habits affecting the mind (such as lack of sleep, over sleep, excessive caffeine, nicotine and alcohol consumption, etc.). It not only helps in feeling good from the inside but also helps in creating self esteem, confidence and good personality.

    Maintaining hygiene is in itself a part of good and healthy lifestyle. Good lifestyle includes all those good habits like brushing teeth properly, washing hands when you come back home from outside, bathing and cleaning all body parts, keeping your hair clean, taking care of your skin and parts from these physiological things, removing toxins out of mind is also necessary. Get rid of stress, anger, anxiety, depression and such other mental illness and addictions which are not required by the mind. Stay clean is what hygiene is all about to contribute having good lifestyle.
