    The solutions listed below might help overcome depression and will help you feel good again in life:
    1) Begin by admitting that you are suffering from a problem with depression. This will make a big difference in the success that will help you eliminate depression from your life. People who don't admit that they are depressed will just continue to get worse as time goes on. You can't solve a problem that you refuse to accept. After acceptance, you will need to start figuring out what is causing the problem. Depression can be caused by many different reasons so this may take some time, but the sooner you start thinking about it and looking for the problems the sooner you can begin to move on.
    2) Many people become depressed because they have such a low self-esteem. They feel like everything they do is wrong and they have just given up on life. Still others become bored with the same old routine everyday. One way to overcome depression is by finding ways to change these feelings. You can start by spending time with friends. Plan a lunch date once a month or go see a movie. Find ways to make your life more interesting, find a hobby or start playing a sport. Do things that can help to improve your self-confidence, this will help put you on your way to freeing your life from depression.
    3) Always avoid too much alcohol and other types of depressants that can make you feel worse that you already do. Never feel ashamed for being depressed. Even some medications can make your symptoms worse so if you take medications do a little research to find out if what you take could be a problem. Everyone needs help from time to time and there is nothing wrong with asking for it. Family and friends can be a big help. If your depression is serious enough then you may need to take medication such as antidepressants to help you control your symptoms.
    4) Never lose hope and try and read stories about those who are successfully out of depression and are living a happy life once again.

    Stop and block all the negative thoughts right away. If there is a bad habit it deserves to be broken. If you are depressed because you made someone unhappy, remember you cannot make everyone happy at the same time. Accept the situation as it is. Do not take the blame on yourself completely or all the time when not required. Love yourself and respect too. There are so many people who are go through this kind of phase at one point of life. Its natural sometimes to face this mood. Do not give up and stay head strong on achieving your goal and being happy forever.
