How can i stay motivated to work out?

    Take a picture of your favorite person whom you want to fit like and maintain a figure like her and cut your picture with the face and paste it on the previous one to give you an idea of how beautiful and attractive you will look after losing weight after that regular workout regime. Hangout with those who are already following a proper regular exercise regime so that you also get into that mode and get motivated by them. Take suggestions from them about how they started, read successful stories about those who followed it daily and who are in good shape now. Read blogs or write one yourself on how you are planning to start with it so that you can also motivate someone. You will feel so much better and relieved to see the comments left behind by strangers on your thoughts in the blog and if not your own relative but a strange can leave you motivated sometimes. Keep rewards that will work as perks for you so that regularity and consistency is maintained. Don't think of things like faith and genetics play a role and that is the reason you are De-motivated. Find out all these sorts of De-motivating reasons and thrash them away from your life. If you don't have time for yourself and your fitness, what is the use of other things that you do. Take out time and stay committed to yourself.

    - Mix up the cardiovascular and weights! Do 5-10 minutes of cardio, then 5 minutes of weights, then repeat.
    - Train with someone different each day! Time will go faster as you catch up.
    - Try a new form of training! The methods of exercising are endless. Try something that you think might be interesting (eg, Pump, Boot Camp, Pilates, Surfing, Rollerblading, etc)
    - Exercise with your kids! Spend time with the family as you all get healthy.
