    Doing exercise has many health benefits. It also helps ou to reduce your depression by-
    * Releasing feel good brain chemicals that may ease depression (neurotransmitters and endorphins).
    * Reducing immune system chemicals that can worsen depression.
    * Increasing body temperature, which may have calming effects.
    So you should exercise at least for 30-40 minutes per day.

    Exercise has positive effect on body which maintains the depression & over all health. Depression is common problem , exercise plays a very important in relief the depression. Exercise help you to increase your energy, increase self-esteem, improves your health & body which can help lift your mood .

    Exercise is one of the best and efficient non-pharmacological ways to beat depression. With regular exercise there comes a feeling of wellbeing. Along with this regular exercise brings various hormonal changes especially the release of feel good hormone Serotonin which is very important in reliving depression. According to one study regular aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week can be effective in managing mild degrees of depression without any medication.

    Hi Pranita,
    Exercising have a vast effect on the peoples with depressive mood. Researches has shown that exercising in morning can have more positive effect on any ones mood and can fill up body with more positive energy. Even exercising at any time may help you but in morning the atmosphere is full of positive energy and you can take more benefits.
