    You should stop drinking it completely. Just neck out the idea of drinking alcohol and just think about some positive ways. Avoid the topics which create depression in your minds and always think of spending some time with people who are not addicted to it or the people who have positive approach in life. Controlling your alcohol drinks is the most important thing that you can follow to avoid depression. Concentrate more on work and just forget about all the problems. Keep in mind the health hazards you can face due to over drinking of alcohol.
