Nice article. It really really helps a lot to make a good day for yourself.Earlier, 6 months back i used to sleep at 1.00 am and wake up at 9.Whole day at my work place seems to be latherjic borning and also started having headache regularly. Now I changed my routine totally and I made a BIG difference.Waking up at 6 am , followed by 40 mins of walk.At morning I am no more in hurry for office.Getting enough time to make breakfast at home or watch morning news or to read newspaper. The day starts with a good refreshing feeling :) And moreover no more late nights..no more heavy heads..now i am getting a sound sleep at 11.00 PM.

People who enjoy the rising sun are less likely to face depression in their life. They are more productive, less likely to be irritant. The most important advantage is that people waking up early in the morning don't have constipation problem so less likely to develop cough and joint diseases.

Early rising is something I have taken up vigorously now and it feels great. I feel fresh and charged up. The best part is that I can enjoy my cup of tea with the newspaper in hand without being disturbed by anyone in the family. The few moments all to myself. Priceless!!! :)

@ Prakaaash...there are various combination that you can try .First is.... start with simple breathing exercise and meditation and then do exercise, second way is do meditation in morning and exercise in evening or do exercise first .....wait for 1 hour then do meditation.Basic principle is your heart beat and breathing should not be fast while doing meditation.

I really liked this article and can relate to being more productive when you wake up early and have more time to get everything done in the day. The hardest thing that I have as a college student is having those late nights doing work and wanting to sleep in to catch up on my sleep. I try to wake up a few hours before class so I can be up and ready for the day. The best thing about that is being able to add in a little nap when I really need it!

Early to rise is the best solution for those who complain that 24 hours is not enough for them to meet their day... Try waking up early & feel the length of the day in full... :-)
