    Yes! Absolutely yes! A good massage is the best stress relief procedure that you can find and you can do it anywhere. Massaging the toes and feet is a good way to relieve the person of stress and it also improves blood circulation. The Chinese believe that any ailment in the body can be cured by using the pressure points in the feet. Gently massaging the balls of the feet is an excellent and therapeutic option. You can also try massaging the shoulders and this provides instant relief from stress. And most importantly it is free and you can do it yourself.

    Hi Neha,
    I feel breathing exercise is one of the best stress reliving procedure which can be practiced anywhere irrespective time. Your breathing pattern should be rhythmic, slow and deep. You can also club deep breathing exercise with imaginary techniques where you close your eyes and try to imagine some situation which you feel comfortable and desirable or you can also focus on your breathing, by doing so you can distract your attention from stress causing factors or situation and defeat stress.
