I myself dont have six pack abs, but here is what I know about building those:
You need to do primarily 2 things: 1. Build muscles 2. Lose stomach Fat
To build muscles, you need to do crunches, sit ups, leg lifts (while you are lying on the floor).
To lose stomach fat, you need to increase your BMR by lifting weights, eat small meals after every 2 hours in a day, light dinner, include lot of fibre in the food, have 2-3 litres of water in a day and avoid refined/fried foods.
Mike Smith, Happy new year.....i didnt laugh about your question....i am laughing at myself because i dnt have one...you need to loose overall body fat per centage to do that....running even a small distance at best possible speed really helps...all the very best....!!!
u need to cut down de fab and monitor ur visceral fat too.persons wid six packs will almost be on de scale of 4-6 of visceral fat.dats de best percentage of fat 2 be maintained infact.so try to do more of cardio, crunches, weight trng and all.i mean circuit training helps you out.last but not the least.diet matters a lot.eat protien food with complex carbs and avoid simple carbohydrates.gud luck
Diet, diet, diet! No sugars, don't eat after dinner, and do plenty of crunches, and work out all areas of the abs not just the stomach. Eat plenty of protein as well. I bought a book to help me through my journey and it really helped. I was able to achieve a six pack within 3 months. I used a well known book called 'Truth About Abs'.
