    Artificial growth or natural growth? You can opt for something artificial if you are interested in re growing your hair. It worked for Shane Warne, so there is no reason why it shouldn’t work for you. It could be a little expensive so I suggest you think about it before you opt for an artificial procedure. A zinc based diet, is also helpful in hair growth. Egg yolk and fish are high in zinc and you can include these in your diet. Wheat germ is also a good item to include in your diet. But, make sure that your diet is balanced and don neglect any item.

    A healthy and balanced diet is very necessary for good hair growth. Include in your diet protein-rich foods such as cottage cheese, yogurt, and beans. The hair needs mostly protein foods as it is composed naturally of protein. Aside from protein, consider a good amount of iron, zinc, B vitamins and vitamins A and D in your everyday diet will help.

Some of fruits that are good sources of biotin include bananas, avocados, and raspberries.

    Along with with all the healthy tips you can also try using minoxidil 5% tropical lotion, it improves scalp circulation and promote hair growth. Consult your physician before using it.
