Our skin tend to loosen up if we decrease our weight drastically just by doing cardio or by other illness. Also it loosen up with our old age. We cannot stop aging but we can try being more fitter and making our skin tight by toning up our muscles. And to tone up our muscles ,we need to do resistance training exercises so as to increase our body muscle mass and get a shape to our body by toning up our skin.

Skin firming can be done by using a good toner.A good toner will get your blood circulating, and give your skin a fresh, rejuvenated look. Given below are a few examples of skin toners that can be made easily at home. Slice a whole cucumber and mix if with a half cup of plain yogurt. Gently apply it to your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off. Another way to make a natural skin toner is to mix some strawberries together. Leave the mixture on your face for about ten minutes. Vitamin E can also help firm sagging skin. It helps protect skin cells and promotes healing. Just prick open a vitamin E capsule and rub it into your skin.
Massaging the skin simply using any oil also helps in firming the skin.
