Drinking plenty of water daily in the morning helps to removes the toxin from the body which cleans the digestive tract , liver, looks fresh skin. Drinking enough water can improves daily health & activity.
By eating fruits in the empty stomach, this will able to get more benefits. It is a best time to eat the fruits.
