    Hi sanghmitra,

Winter comes with a lot of skin problem. and trust me 80 of it can be tackled by keeping yourself hydrated. i mean, drink enough water / fruit juices. water is one thing we tend to neglect in winters. also dun directly jump to supplements, as natural way is the best way, for a long term result. include sprouts in ur diet for vit b. and have a glass of warm water and lemon early in the morning as well as just before going to bed, vit c will help you in healing and getting the glow back. and for vit e, you can use the capsules, but not internally. i mean , just make a hole in the capsule using a safety pin , and take a drop of it and mix it with a night cream for night and your day cream for day time. and gently massage ur face.
