In summer for glowing skin you can use the fruits watermelon, papaya, rusk melon, oranges etc for glowing skin. You should drink plenty of fruit juices in order to glow you skin. You should avoid white meat and red meat. Instead of these things you should opt for fish and vegetables. To remove all the dirt, oil and pollution from your face, you should steam your face on alternate days. In order to get rid of the tan, you can use tomato on your skin. You should also use grated cucumber on your face. Yoghurt and cucumber gives your skin a cooling effect.

Summer offers many delicious fruits with necessary antioxidants to protect your skin from summer UV damage. Along with daily use of sun protection, these fruits will give your skin anti-aging—from inside out.

Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) are loaded with vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants to slow down the aging process.

Dark skinned grapes provide more than 20 age-defying antioxidants.

Citrus Fruits (lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruits) are all loaded with Vitamin C, our primary defense for anti-aging…

Cantaloupe supplies as much Vitamins A and C most people need in an entire day when one quarter of this delicious melon is eaten.

So eat up, stay healthy and keep your skin looking healthy and glowing all summer long!
