how can one have a glowing skin??

    Hi, you can get it by the right amount of sleep, good diet habits, regular excercise and fresh air.

    Also, many vitamins contribute towards glowing skin. I find that primrose oil and flax seed oil really give my skin a lovely glow.

    But if your skin is not glowing, its not one remedy that fits all. You have to find the underlying cause first, then address the cause. What is the reason, is it lack of sleep, illness, kidney problems, liver what?

    Hi Rashi,
    Drink lots of water,eat fresh fruits and vegetables especially watermelon,papaya,guava,pomegranate,tomato,cucumber as much as u can.
    If possible take (authentic)amla and aloe vera juice empty stomach daily in the
    morning.
    Try to find time for yoga.

    vit c and vit e and zinc .. specially help in improving the skin texture ... including lemon, oranges, sweet lime,tomato, mangoes, strawberries, sprouts, besan, moong dal, basically all red yellow orange fruits and veges

    Drink carrot juice & cucumber juice daily in the morning to get skin glow. Apply carrot juice with sandal for 15 mins & wash with normal water, this will help you to improve ur skin color.

    when a friend of mine took a vacation in a remote town where high fat meat and carbonated drinks are not common, her diet consisted mostly of fruits, veggies, fish and water..

    when she came back, we all dropped our jaws in awe.. because her skin was so smooth and clear and rosy..

    if you're really serious about healthy and clear skin, eat and drink healthy.

    Tips to treat acne:

    Drink plenty of water daily,
    Reduce stress with regular exercise,
    Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake,
    Avoid caffeine and other stimulants.....
