To be precise, rubbing nails for near about 5 minutes, twice daily is pretty effective in prevention of grey hair. For those who don't believe, yes it is true; rubbing nails on your left hand with nails on your right hand is a beautifully simple solution for people having the problem of grey hair. This side effect free method consumes a small amount of time and its effects are remarkable. It helps in improving blood circulation through the scalp and imparts strength to hair roots. Although this method requires time and patience; it is still then a remarkably effective method popularized by the Ayurveda experts.

okay so does this process have any side effects as well. You know I am sorta experiencing some kinda irritability in my temperament ever since I started doing this. I am not a BP patient or any other such thing. However, I am also not sure if really rubbing nails is the cause of irritability. Could you throw some light pl.?

Thanks Payal for all the valuable information you provided. Could you please care to answer just one more query. I heard that this exercise should be done for 10 mins (5 minutes in the morning and 5 mins in evening). I want to know if it is absoolutely necessary that it be done for 10 mins. If we do for 2-3 minutes everyday, then would we not be bale to get the results?
