    If you are undergoing with hair loss, you can use the following remedies to reduce it:
    a. Boil one cup mustard oil with four-five leaves of henna /mehendi. Filter it in a bottle and use it on the bald patches as well as hair roots.
    b. After washing the hair, rub the scalp with cold water.
    c. Apply coconut oil mixed with lime juice on hair.
    d. Use onion juice mixed with honey on hair.
    e. Mix aloe Vera, coconut milk and wheat germ oil and use it as a shampoo.
    e. Apply nettle root extract to your scalp.
    f. Use almond oil or olive oil.

    Some of the home remedies for hair loss include:
    *Apply almond oil mixed with olive oil on scalp with few drops of lemon juice and leave it overnight. It can be washed the next day.
    *Eat 5 almonds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 walnut, and 1 fig daily. In winters, one can add half teaspoon of sesame seeds also.
    *Brahmi oil is good for stimulating the roots for improving hair growth.
    *Consume more of healthy proteins like sprouts, tofu and soy flour which go a long way to provide a healthy source of protein.
    *Taking zinc supplements also helps to improve hair growth.
    *Leave fenugreek seeds (methi dana) overnight in water. Next morning, apply this in a hair pack in the roots.
    *Vegetable juice of carrot (gazar) with Indian Gooseberry (amla), curry leaves (curry patta) and ginger (adrak) is good for getting vital nutrients for the hair.
    *Drinking juice of spinach (palak), lettuce (salad patta) and beetroot (chukandar) is good for the hair, as it is rich in several vitamins and minerals.

    Hair oil is considered to be the finest remedy for hair loss. Indian gooseberry oil, mustard oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil and olive oil prevent the loss of hair and also strengthen the roots of hair.

    The juice of alfalfa mixed with equal quantities of carrot and lettuce also helps the growth of hair to a remarkable extent. The combination of these juices is rich in elements which are particularly useful for the growth of hair.

    Amaranth is another valuable remedy for hair loss. Its fresh leaf juice should be applied to the hair. It will help the growth of the hair and keep it soft.

    The paste of liquorice, made by grinding the pieces in milk with a pinch of saffron, is one of the most valuable natural hair loss remedies for patchy baldness. This paste should be applied over the bald patches at night before going to bed.

    The leaves of the margosa tree are also beneficial in the treatment of hair loss. The margosa leaves as hair loss remedies help stop hair from falling and stabilize its blackness. Margosa leaves are also used to enhance the growth of hair and help in killing lice and other hair insects.

    Onion has also been found beneficial to patchy baldness. The affected part should be rubbed with onions in the morning and evening till it is red. It should be rubbed with honey afterwards.
